Service was quick and the service advisor (Chris Panetta) was very helpful and friendly as was the rest of the service department staff. This was my first experience with this dealership but will definitely be using them again for service in the future.

Had a great experience buying a new xt5 Cadillac from Natalie Sells. Also the service dpt. and A.J. went above and beyond to help us with repairs and a loaner to make us happy. Are glad to recommend Genesis Cadillac to anybody.

Had a great experience with this dealer. They went the extra mile to help me with a repair. I received a loaner vehicle and the repair was done in one day! The service manager and staff were kind and seemed to really care. I went to another certified GM dealer for help and they needed to order parts (7 days) and did not offer a loaner car. Top notch!

Actually, zero stars. For one specific reason, Dave Frazier. Unethical, unknowledgeable, uncompromising, and thin skinned. I refuse to spend a penny at this dealer as long as he has any say in anything. I will tell every person I know in the metro Detroit area the same thing.

The dealer is organized but for the transporters there is no consideration, the time on Google is 8:30 am, it is not the correct time. They do not have a place to unload, you have to park the truck in the middle of the intersection, that is at least one ticket, please improve that and be more flexible with the transporters. God bless your business.

I went to Genesis Cadillac looking for a new car and was met by Natalie Sells. We discussed what I was looking for in a car and what my specific needs were as well as options I was interested in. Natalie suggested I test drive an XT4 and when I returned she had an offer sheet prepared with all the vehicle details and financing options. A week later I returned and test drove an XT5 and again Natalie had an offer sheet prepared when I returned. A day later I decided on the XT5 and took delivery that week. Natalie was professional, very personable, had extensive product knowledge, was very efficient and made the overall buying experience enjoyable. Thanks Natalie.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Genesis Cadillac. I have bought or leased 7 cars over my lifetime and It was the easiest car purchase I have gone through. No B.S., just decide and sign. I'm a bit particular, and my sales person Joe Thomas was excellent and rolled with my personality perfectly. Well worth the drive from Dearborn heights to shop at this dealer.

Had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I like the way they have remodeled the waiting room. Progress is being made.

They people Genius are great!! my cadillac Lyric is extremely disappointing!!! Looks great but the mileage on a charge, if you turn the heater on, is 40% less than GM states. GM recommends "only using the seat warmer" in the winter instead of heat. In Michigan thats not enough and there are no seat warmers in the back seats. My wife refuses to drive the Lyric. She says there is too much stress knowing she may run out of power and be stranded on the highway. If that happens your only option is to be towed! $72,000 and no heat?? . This is a Cadillac???

I was thinking about a buying new Lincoln, as my current Cadillac lease had expired. I had a good experience with my current Cadillac dealer, so I thought I would give them another try. Wow, I didn’t expect such good service. My salesperson Natalie Sells (That’s her real name) made me feel so welcome and made sure I got the best deal possible. She went way above and beyond what was expected. She answered all my questions, and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. (Unlike the Lincoln dealer) I certainly would do business with her again. Many kudos to Natalie I did lease my new Cadillac from Genesis, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Head & Shoulders above the rest! I took my CT-6 in for an oil change and inspection today. Chris wrote it up and took care of everything. Vehicle came back spotless :) Comfortable chairs and refreshments if you want them. I will be back!!!!

I have never had such a fantastic experience at a dealership like we did at Genesis. Karmesha our sales person did everything she could to help us get out of our lease to something we wanted. Vince in finance was great. I know we were a challenge at times but they stuck it out and we have a wonderful vehicle. Thank you staff at Genesis you are of the highest quality of people. Genesis Cadillac is the first place I call for servicing my vehicle. I usually work with Chris and he gets me in and out within a timely manner every visit. Recently, I had a windshield wiper blade stop working and he got me in and out in 5-10 minutes so I could get on my way to work. The staff is friendly and accommodating and do their best to offer you the best service.
